PetMed of Key West Veterinary Clinic | Dubuque, Iowa
Looking for a place where you can practice great medicine, keep learning, and actually enjoy coming to work?
PetMed of Key West is a locally owned, community-focused small animal practice where teamwork, mentorship, and humor are part of everyday life. We work hard, support one another, and genuinely enjoy what we do.
We primarily see dogs and cats, but for doctors who enjoy a little variety, we also care for select exotic pets — everything from geckos to kangaroos. (Exotics are completely optional and based on your comfort level and interests.)
Whether you're a new graduate looking for hands-on mentorship or an experienced veterinarian seeking a more balanced and rewarding environment, we’d love to meet you.
We offer flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time opportunities available — because we believe your career should fit your life, not the other way around.
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus production with no negative accrual — rewarding excellent medicine without penalizing you for taking time off.
