CareVet is offering a guaranteed $200,000 in base salary and bonus in your first year at CareVet of Newport Pike. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving, well-established hospital in Wilmington, DE, where you’ll be supported by a collaborative team and have the flexibility to shape your compensation in a way that works best for you.
Must be full-time status with a minimum of two years of veterinary experience to qualify.

We’re seeking a compassionate, team-oriented Veterinarian who enjoys practicing high-quality medicine in a supportive, collaborative environment. This role offers:

About the Hospital
Our hospital is committed to providing progressive, individualized medical care with the tools and technology needed to deliver exceptional outcomes. Our facility includes:
- Four exam rooms
- Butterfly ultrasound (for screening/non-diagnostic imaging)
- Digital dental X-ray
- Digital radiography
- IDEXX in-house laboratory
- Therapy laser (commonly used post-dental, post-op, and for orthopedic cases such as CCL injuries)
- Doppler blood pressure
- TonoVet for intraocular pressure measurement
- Two anesthesia machines (one equipped with full monitoring capabilities)
