Seasonal Equine Reproduction Veterinary Position
Elder’s Equine is seeking a skilled Veterinarian with a focus on equine reproduction to join our team seasonally from March through July 2026. The ideal candidate will enjoy all areas of equine breeding and have experience in all facets to support Elder’s Equine’s diverse and growing reproduction caseload. This position offers competitive compensation as well as coverage of membership and licensing dues, housing, travel expenses, and work authorization support if applicable.
Our passion is horses, but the foundation of our practice is people – our five-doctor team includes boarded specialists in equine surgery and anesthesiology, and our incredible support staff has been recognized with multiple awards for their skill and attention to our patients. Elder’s Equine is proud to be Manitoba’s premier equine medical facility, and we are passionate about delivering personalized, compassionate, and cutting-edge services to ensure the health, happiness, and performance of your equine companion. What began as a solo practitioner mobile practice has since grown into a full-service equine medical, advanced imaging, and surgical referral centre. Our recently renovated hospital includes 14 stalls, an operating room, indoor arena, and rehabilitation and reproduction facilities, and we are fully equipped with DR radiography, digital ultrasound, MRI, standing CT, PRP/IRAP, in-house blood analysis, shockwave, PENS, video endoscopy, and ICU capabilities.
