We are seeking a team-oriented and enthusiastic Medical Director to join our Roxboro Animal Hospital Team in Roxboro, North Carolina.
Roxboro Animal Hospital is an AAHA-accredited, well–established, full-service small-animal hospital in a clean, modern facility. We provide comprehensive medical, surgical, dental, and boarding services for our community, delivering professional, compassionate care and superior customer service. You will routinely find our doctors spending extra time with our clients, not just educating them, but building lasting relationships and treating patients like their own.
Roxboro, NC, is 30 miles north of Durham and is part of the four-county Durham-Chapel Hill Metropolitan Area, also known as "The Research Triangle". Nestled among rolling hills dotted with forests and farms, Roxboro offers the charm and atmosphere of small-town North Carolina. Located in Person County, Roxboro offers a safe, healthy, scenic, quaint, family-oriented, and well-educated community. As a Medical Director at Roxboro Animal Hospital, you will receive:
Generous base salary plus production bonuses
Quarterly Leadership Bonuses + semi-annual profitability bonuses

Attractive PTO and rotating schedule will provide a healthy work-life balance (including weekends and required on-call hours).
$2500 in CE and reimbursement for Licensing, DEA, dues, and fees
Potential Sign-On Bonus and Relocation for the right candidate
To provide high-quality care, we have 3 canine exam rooms and 1 feline exam room, each with separate entrances and exits for each species. We have a dedicated surgical suite with all the bells and whistles, including a full array of diagnostic tools and services, including:
Digital Radiography
Digital Dental Radiography
A fully stocked pharmacy
In-house lab equipment
