What We Offer:
     $125,000–$140,000 starting base salary (DOE)
     Signing bonus up to $20K (DOE)
     True Pro-Sal model + Quarterly Production Incentives(no negative accrual — ever)
     No on-call or after-hours

     Medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401K with match
     CE allowance, paid licenses, and VIN membership
     Access to an internal medicine specialist for consults
